Booking a Service with Us Through the NDIS

At Neurokin Natural Cleaning, we are proud to provide neuro-inclusive, eco-friendly cleaning services for NDIS participants, including those with sensory sensitivities or sensory processing disorders. Our services use only natural, non-toxic cleaning products, tailored to the needs of participants, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
For clients who need a more sensory-friendly experience, we offer a Sensory Friendly Add-On at no extra charge, which includes unscented and hypoallergenic products, no harsh chemical smells, and customisable Quiet Cleaning Options like low lighting, limited conversation, and no vacuuming. Whether you require regular home cleaning, decluttering support, or a specialised neuro-inclusive cleaning package, our team will work closely with you and/or your Support Coordinator to customise our services to meet your specific needs.

NDIS Eligibility & Payment Information

Our services are available to Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services for Agency Managed participants at this time. If you are unsure about your funding type, we recommend checking with your Plan Manager or NDIS support team before booking.

Self Managed participants have the flexibility to pay for their services independently and seek reimbursement through their NDIS plan. Plan Managed participants will have their invoices sent directly to their Plan Manager for processing. Payments are due within 7–10 business days of receiving an invoice. We issue invoices on the same day as your service, with a clear breakdown of all costs, including NDIS service codes, hours worked, and total charges. A copy of the invoice will also be sent to the participant for full transparency.

Service Agreements & Compliance

When booking a service with NDIS funding, the participant or their nominee must first sign our Service Agreement, which outlines responsibilities, invoicing and payment terms, confidentiality, and compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct and Quality and Safeguarding Framework. An example Service Agreement can be found below.

Once signed, we will contact the participant’s Plan Manager to confirm that the requested services fall within the scope and budget of their NDIS plan, and request that the necessary funds be quarantined before services commence.
